Are you thinking about volunteering or gaining work experience? Do you want to have fun while making a difference in someone’s life?
Then volunteering as a peer mentor for the Fairway Project may be right for you!
The Fairway Project is looking for enthusiastic and supportive young people who can make a commitment to opening up social relationships and opportunities for young people with additional support needs.
We do not expect that peer mentors will be highly skilled support workers.
A peer mentor will only be expected to offer support of a social nature, and to perform this task in a fashion that enables the young people of Fairway to gain as much as possible from their social experience.
