YOUNG ADULTS
Here at Fairway, we understand that socialising, having loads of friends and having fun is important when you’re young. However, we also recognise that this is the time to start thinking ahead about the choices you will have to make - it is your life, your future.
Fairway is here to help young people between the ages of 16 and 25 in transition and with additional support needs take more control of their lives and build on their confidence skills to say what it is they want and need to lead a more fulfilling life.

If you would like to be referred to the Fairway project and you do not have a social worker please:
• Speak to your guidance teacher at school or college
• Contact your social work department and ask for a social work referral and an assessment of need
If you already have a social worker or a care manager:
• Contact your social worker and ask if you can be referred to the Fairway service
• And if you receive Direct Payments or Independent Living Fund (ILF), contact Fairway and ask to purchase the service
When you ask for a service, remember that you should always explain how and why it would be good for you.
